Welcome to Wacky Wednesday!
What is wacky about this Wednesday, you might ask?
It’s where the characters from my books take over my blog and social media accounts so you can get to know them. Happening every Wednesday until launch day (I think…they’re my characters but I don’t control them.)

I think Brianna Hutchinson is the most antagonistic person there has ever been in the history of antagonists.
Can you imagine? The nerve of her coming into my church, moving in on my pastor? I’d been nurturing my relationship with Daniel for years. Slaving away at various offices in the church to prove to him how invaluable I am to him. How perfect I’d be as a pastor’s wife. His wife.
She comes in with her inappropriate hair and tells us all the things we’re doing wrong about getting the message out and in ten seconds he’s making goo-goo eyes at her.
*huffs*
Anyway, I’d love to stay here and chitchat with you all day, but some of us have work to do and Bri-an-na is having a meeting this evening and I’m supposed to attend.
Who am I?
Oh, right, forgot to introduce myself.
I’m Jessica Smith, pastor’s assistant, Women’s Ministries Director, church clerk, and member of the Communications team. Not that I’m trying to gain your vote or anything (because if this was a fair competition, I’d be the clear winner), but…
Who do you think would make a better pastor’s wife? Some woman who barely knows what books are in the Bible? Or the woman who has devoted her life to serving the church?
Think about that before your answer…lest you make the wrong choice.
*rolls eyes*
I’m late for my other job but I’ll be back to talk to you later.
What Do Men Want?
You know what I don’t understand?
What men want. Seriously.
When a man is looking for a wife, what is he looking for? If someone could tell me the answer to that question, I’d love to have the information.
My last task for today is to remind you that His Perfect Match is now available for pre-order. Then you’ll get to read my story and see how unfair life can be sometimes.

About His Perfect Match (Orange Valley, Book 1)
They were two people who should not fall in love. But God had other plans.
Communications consultant Brianna McPherson would have a much better chance of rallying her fledgling business if her family would stop sending her customers who believed in the barter system. She needs paying clients or will have to close her firm.
Daniel Hutchinson’s church is in trouble. He has less than three months to get an influx of members or close their doors for good. When a friend suggests the free help of a brand manager, he jumps at the chance. He never expected to fall for the feisty consultant.
The last thing she needs is another non-paying client. Especially not the handsome pastor who’s messing with her head and making her feel all kinds of ways. If they can’t make this partnership work, they’ll both be out of a job.
But what if there’s something greater at stake? Like an unforgettable love.
His Perfect Match is the first book of a Christian romance series set in Orange Valley that will remind you that God is interested in every aspect of your life, including whom you fall in love with.
